1. What PocketPass is

PocketPass is a spaced-repetition study tool to help you review material for the NDHCE. It is a practice aid only. it does not provide the exam, guarantee a passing result, or predict your official score.

2. No affiliation

PocketPass is not a government app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the FDHRC, NDHCB, or any official examining body, and it does not represent them. Practice mix follows the published NDHCE domain weights and competency framework. Those documents are public:

3. Your account

You can sign in with an email code, Apple, or Google, or try the app as a guest (5 questions a day, no saved plan). Keep access to a signed-in account secure. Free accounts have a daily practice limit; paid access is a fixed-term, non-auto-renewing purchase.

4. Free access and paid plans

Free through February 1, 2027. Paid plans start in 2027. Until then there is no in-app purchase path.

5. Payments & refunds

Paid plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period (they do not auto-renew). Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Repurchases extend your existing expiry date.

6. Acceptable use

Don't share, resell, scrape, or redistribute question content. Referral rewards may be withheld or reversed where we detect abuse.

7. Content accuracy

We work to keep content accurate and reviewed, but we make no warranty that every question is error-free or reflects the current blueprint. Report issues in-app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
