How a question is made

Drafted from mistakes students actually make
Questions are drafted by AI. Wrong answers come from misconceptions students commonly hold. They are not throwaway options, jokes, or choices no hygienist would pick on any client.

Tried by models that didn't write it
Independent models that did not write the question try it first, without seeing the key. If they disagree, a person still sees it. Agreement is a note. It is not a shortcut around a human.

New questions are cited to the published reading list.
New questions cite a source from the FDHRC published reading list. If a guideline changes, we can find the items that depend on it.

Read by a person. Every single one.
No question goes out automatically. A person reads every question that reaches you. One by one. That step is not optional.

And if we get one wrong
You can report a question in the app. A reported question is taken out of study right away and reviewed again.
